Behind them is a picture or poem dedicated to Christmas. Only one door is allowed to open every day, which corresponds to the date. So the children count down to the bright holiday of Christmas. They say that Santa Claus somehow flew over the house and dropped a pair of golden coins. They fell into the chimney (chimney / flue), right in the sock, which was dried over the fireplace. Christmas is a holiday for the whole family, but most of all, children are waiting for it. They hang bright stockings over the fireplace and wait for gifts. Christ
